Headed to Ogallala next weekend and would like to spend a couple of hours bank fishing just to enjoy the outdoors with my son. I have been to the lakes there a few times but always just passing through. I thought I would pitch spinners and jigs by the inlet for the lack of a better plan. As far as species go, I am having fishing withdrawl, so I will be targeting: fish.

Anyone have any advice they could share?
